These messages remind parents about each visit. We will send you a message one day before your next appointment.

Missed a visit? You will receive a text message if you have missed a scheduled visit. We want you to have another chance to come for WIC counseling and other WIC services.

If you reply to a text You can reply to your text messages. You can ask questions about your appointment or anything else. Our staff will reply by phoning you.

If you phone us You will see a phone number in your text message. If you phone, it will be easy to schedule another appointment or ask questions.

Don’t want to receive texts? If you don’t want to receive text messages, just reply to a message and let us know. We will stop sending them.
