WIC provides free nutritious foods, nutrition education, breastfeeding/chestfeeding support, and referrals for community services.
Individuals enrolled in the program will meet with one of our nutrition educators to provide a healthy food package created to meet your specific nutritional needs -whether you are pregnant, postpartum, breastfeeding/chestfeeding, or to meet the nutritional needs of your newborn, baby, or child. Our WIC team not only provides healthy foods but also offers nutrition education and community referrals.
Through in-person, phone, or virtual appointments, our WIC staff offers free education to assist you and your family. If you are not enrolled in the WIC program, find out if you are eligible.

- $29 per month for children ages 1 to 5
- $51 per month for pregnant and postpartum individuals
- $55 per month for fully and partially breastfeeding individuals
- $78 per month for individuals breastfeeding more than one infant
