• Infants and children from newborns to children up to 5 years old
Our 11 WIC centers Families who come to one of our 11 WIC centers to receive services are eligible for farmers market coupon booklets.
WIC ID folder You must bring your WIC ID folder in order to receive your coupon booklet.
Where? You can come to one of the farmers markets listed below to pick up a farmers market coupon booklet. These booklets are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last.
